Use in measurement & laser technology
We used our innovative NICI design to create a customized 19-inch 2U industrial PC for a developer of automation technology. State-of-the-art technology, customized housing dimensions, additional interfaces and branding in the corporate design ensured that the system integrated seamlessly into the customer-specific application. By using detailed 3D visualizations, we were able to speed up the concept and design process by up to 50% and deliver a production-ready product within a few months.
Quality control in PCB electronics
For AI-based automatic optical inspection (AOI), we developed powerful Edge AI industrial PCs for Delvitech that process high-precision 3D data and images in real time along the production line. These robust systems offer high computing power, reduced latency, and advanced cybersecurity to protect sensitive data. This solution enables Delvitech to perform accurate, fast and safe inspections in challenging environments and strengthens the company’s competitiveness.
Data Acquisition in Vehicle Development
For the development of autonomous driving technologies, we provided a high-performance data acquisition and logging solution with the liquid-cooled Mayflower®-B17-LiQuid-vX and QuickTray®-v3. The combination of high GPU processing power, large storage capacity of up to 120TB, and hot plugging enables efficient data storage and minimizes vehicle downtime during data transfers. In addition, the integrated encryption ensures the protection of sensitive information and supports customers’ competitiveness.
Autonomous driving with HiL computer
The Technical University of Munich (TUM) uses our HiL computer Mayflower®-B17-LiQuid to efficiently perform complex driving simulations for the development of their autonomous racing car for the Abu Dhabi Autonomous Racing League (A2RL). The high performance of the EPYC 7313P CPU and RTX A6000 GPU allows multiple scenarios to be simulated simultaneously, reducing test times by up to two-thirds. The solution enables cost-effective, risk-free testing of virtual driving situations and helps improve accuracy, safety, and flexibility in the development of autonomous driving systems.
Use in radiotherapy
For a high-precision tumor radiation system, we developed a customized mini-server cabinet and a compact 19″ 4U workstation with high GPU performance for image and video processing. Thanks to the flexibility of the NICI design, the workstation could be adapted to a depth of only 300 mm and an efficient cooling concept integrated. The corporate design solution provides the customer with long-term investment protection, a rapid development phase and reliable 24/7 operation.
