Wir freuen uns, bekannt zu geben, dass die InoNet Computer GmbH Teil der Eurotech S.p.A., eines weltweit agierenden und führenden IIoT-Unternehmens, geworden ist.
Die gemeinsame Vision ist es, innovative Lösungen für eine sichere, intelligente und nachhaltige Welt zu entwickeln. Dabei bieten sowohl interne Synergien, wie R&D-Kompetenzen und Fertigungsstätten, als auch das komplementäre Portfolio zusätzliche Vorteile für InoNet Kunden. Es ergeben sich zahlreiche neue Möglichkeiten im Bereich der Industriellen Computertechnik, Edge-AI und IIoT für internationale Projekte durch Hard- und Software-Lösungen, die auf Security ausgerichtet sind und damit die Normen der IEC 62443-4-1 und IEC 62443-4-2 erfüllen. Die Firmierung InoNet Computer GmbH, die Geschäftsführer, Teams und Marken sowie die Kommunikation und Ansprechpartner bleiben unverändert.

Gemeinsam werden wir unsere Lösung erstmals auf der Embedded World 2023 im März in Nürnberg präsentieren (Halle 3, Stand 153).

We are pleased to announce that InoNet Computer GmbH has become part of Eurotech S.p.A., a global and leading IIoT company. The shared vision to develop innovative technologies for a secure, smart and sustainable world, internal synergies such as R&D competencies and manufacturing facilities, as well as the complementary portfolio provide additional benefits for InoNet customers. Numerous new opportunities arise in the field of industrial computing, Edge-AI and IIoT for international projects through hardware and software solutions that are also focused on security, being compliant with IEC 62443-4-1 and IEC 62443-4-2 standards. The company name InoNet Computer GmbH, the management, teams and brands as well as the communication and contact persons will remain the same.

Together, we will present our solution for the first time at Embedded World 2023 in March in Nurnberg (Hall 3, Booth 153).
